摘  要:为筛选出适宜黑龙江西部半干旱地区种植的青贮玉米自交系,试验选取22个配合力较高的青贮玉米自交系,设置不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)进行处理,分析青贮玉米萌发期的发芽势、发芽率、胚根胚芽生长情况等,计算隶属函数均值,以筛选出萌发期具有抗旱性的青贮玉米自交系。结果表明:青贮玉米自交系‘KSX青4’的隶属函数均值最高,萌发期抗旱性能力最强。In order to screen out silage maize inbred lines suitable for planting in the semi-arid area of western Heilongjiang,22 silage maize inbred lines with higher combining ability were selected in the experiment,and different concentrations of polyethylene glycol(PEG-6000)were set for processing,and the silage maize was analyzed.In the germination period,the germination potential,germination rate,radicle germ growth,etc were analysed,calculated the mean membership function to screen out drought-resistant silage maize inbred lines during the germination period.The results showed that the silage maize inbred line‘KSX Qing 4’had the highest mean membership function and the highest drought resistance during the germination period.
