摘  要:本试验以云南省文山州近年广大畜禽养殖户常用的草果、‘西畴芭蕉芋’、‘文金1号’、‘文紫椒3号’、小米辣、滇重楼、象草和玉米‘文青贮2号’的干燥秸秆为材料,用分光光度法测定了秸秆的可溶性糖和淀粉含量,用Van Soest法测定了中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、半纤维素和纤维素含量,并用隶属函数评价了秸秆碳水化合物含量的综合等级,计算了中性洗涤纤维与淀粉的含量之比(NDFC/SC)。结果表明:滇重楼、‘文青贮2号’和‘西畴芭蕉芋’秸秆的可溶性糖、淀粉和半纤维素含量分别为最高;‘文金1号’秸秆的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和纤维素含量均为最高;可溶性糖、淀粉、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、半纤维素和纤维素含量在不同秸秆间的差异均达到极显著水平;8种秸秆基于碳水化合物含量的综合等级为:滇重楼>‘西畴芭蕉芋’>‘文青贮2号’>‘文紫椒3号’>小米辣>象草>草果>‘文金1号’;此外,NDFC/SC特征为:象草>草果>‘西畴芭蕉芋’>‘文金1号’>‘文紫椒3号’>小米辣>滇重楼>‘文青贮2号’。本研究可为文山州秸秆的饲料化开发、饲料的配置和优质秸秆的大面积种植提供依据。The dry straws of Amomum tsaoko,Canna edulis‘Xichou Bajiaoyu’,Capsicum annuum‘WenJin No.1’,Capsicum‘WenZiJiao No.3’,Capsicum frutescens,Pairs polyphylla var.yunnanensis,Pennisetum purpureum and Zea mays‘Wenqingzhu No.2’frequently used by the vast livestock and poultry farmers in Wenshan Prefecture,Yunnan Province in recent years were taken as the research materials.The soluble sugar and starch contents of the straws were determined by using spectrophotometry,and the neutral and acid detergent fiber,hemicellulose and cellulose contents by using Van Soest method.The comprehensive ranks of the carbohydrate contents in the straws were evaluated by using membership function and the content ratios of neutral detergent fibers to starches(NDFC/SCs)were calculated.The results indicated that the contents of the soluble sugars,starches and hemicellulose in the straws of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis,‘Wenqingzhu No.2’and‘Xichou Bajiaoyu’were the highest,respectively.The contents of the neutral and acid detergent fibers and cellulose of‘WenJin No.1’straws were all the highest.The differences of the soluble sugar,starch,neutral and acid detergent fiber,hemicellulose and contents among the different straws all reached extremely significant levels,and the carbohydrate content-based comprehensive ranks of the eight straws were as follows:P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis>‘Xichou Bajiaoyu’>‘Wenqingzhu No.2’>‘WenZiJiao No.3’>C.frutescens>P.purpureum>A.tsaoko>‘WenJin No.1’,moreover,the NDFC/SC characteristics as follows:P.purpureum>A.tsaoko>‘Xichou Bajiaoyu’>‘WenJin No.1’>‘WenZiJiao No.3’>C.frutescens>P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis>‘Wenqingzhu No.2’.This study could provide a basis for the forage development of the straws,the collocation of the forages and the large-area planting of the high-quality straws in Wenshan Prefecture,Yunnan Province.
