摘 要:本研究在与湖南乡里里手农业科技发展股份有限公司校企合作的基础上,总结了生态养殖淡水鱼的品种、模式、收益,分析了养殖过程中环境控制、饲养管理以及利用中草药进行疾病防控与应激反应处置等关键技术,可为其他地区生态鱼健康养殖技术与模式的推广应用提供可行性参考。实践证明:与传统养殖相比,采用生态鱼综合养殖模式,即选用草鱼、鳙鱼、鲫鱼、鳊鱼、鲤鱼、团头鲂等6个品种,运用生物浮床、微生物制剂、氧化曝气池等现代高新技术对养殖水体进行净化,在常规饲料中添加山松、苦楝等中草药进行鱼病防控,每hm^(2)年收益可提升15.79%~50.00%,年均收益达到9600~31500元/hm^(2)。Based on the school-enterprise cooperation with Hunan Xianglilishou Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co.,Ltd.,the varieties,models and benefits of ecological breeding freshwater fish were summarized.The key technologies such as environmental control,feeding management,disease prevention and control,as well as stress response disposal by using Chinese herbal medicine in the breeding process were introduced,which provided a feasible reference for the popularization and application of healthy breeding technologies and models of ecological fish in other regions.Compared with the traditional farming,the use of grass carp,blunt snout bream and other six varieties,together with the use of biological floating bed,microbial agents,oxidation aeration tank and other modern high-tech purification of aquaculture water,and adding pine,azedarach and other Chinese herbal medicine in the conventional feed for fish disease prevention and control,the average annual income of Annual income can be increased by 15.79%-50.00%,with an average annual income of 9600-31500 yuan/hm 2.
