摘 要:养殖业的蓬勃发展和规模不断扩大,不仅满足了人们对肉制品的需求,还带动了农村养殖业的发展,同时解决了农民和养殖户的就业收入问题。以抗生素作为对照,采用打孔法,研究了不同农副产品在多种菌类作用下的抗菌性,旨在选出抑菌效果较好的搭配组合,进而以相应的发酵产物代替抗生素添加剂应用于生物饲料。The vigorous development and expanding scale of breeding industry not only meet people’s demand for meat products,but also drive the development of rural breeding industry,and solve the employment income problem of farmers and breeders.In this study,the antibiotics were used as a control,and the antimicrobial properties of different agricultural by-products under the action of a variety of bacteria were studied by using the perforation method,and the combination with better bacterial inhibition effect was selected,so that the corresponding fermentation products could be applied to the biological feed instead of antibiotic additives.
