摘  要:油田各生产设施上都配备了一定数量的离心泵用于液体介质的传输。通常情况下,对于非关键流程例如日用海水、淡水供给等,离心泵的启停都是手动操作,并不会因流程压力超出限值而自动停泵。由于离心泵的特性,不允许长期缺液空转或者关闭出口阀长期运转,否则将会导致机械密封异常磨损或过热变形损坏。为避免长期不排液运行造成的设备故障,通过典型事例详细描述了离心泵在没有额外保护的情况下,基于已有的流程压力、液位信号和离心泵电机的电流信号来实现泵的保护的经验。A certain number of centrifugal pumps are equipped in each facility of an oilfield for the transmission of liquid medium.In general,for non critical processes such as daily seawater,fresh water supply,etc.,the start and stop of centrifugal pumps are manual operation,and the pump will not stop automatically due to process pressure exceeding the limit.Due to the characteristics of centrifugal pump,it is not allowed to run idly or close the outlet valve for a long time,otherwise,the mechanical seal will be abnormally worn or damaged by overheating deformation.In order to avoid equipment failure caused by long-term non discharge operation,this paper describes the protection of centrifugal pump through the existing process pressure,liquid level signal and current signal of centrifugal pump motor without additional protection.
