摘  要:透平发电机组作为海洋石油平台电网的主力机组,其重要性不言而喻。然而受海上特殊气候条件的影响,透平机组滑油冷却器风机皮带会频繁出现打滑、断裂的现象,引发滑油温度高温,导致透平发电机关停,严重影响了油田电网的稳定性。针对这一现象,海洋石油某平台分析原因,寻找故障根源,最终通过自检自修解决了这一故障,并取得了良好的经济效益。As the main unit of offshore oil platform power grid,the importance of turbine generator is self-evident.However,due to the special climatic conditions at sea,the fan belt of the turbine unit's oil cooler will frequently slip and break,causing the turbine generator to stop due to the high temperature of the oil temperature,which has seriously affected the stability of the oil field power grid.In view of this phenomenon,a certain offshore oil platform analyzed the causes and looked for the root cause of the fault,and finally solved the fault through self inspection and self repair,and achieved good economic benefits.
