摘　　要：文章通过对新型小区设备管理方面存在的问题描述,分析了物业管理单位在此方面的经营需求。利用目前物联网技术发展迭代,将物联网技术、云计算和大数据结合,提出了针对智慧小区的建筑设备管理系统解决方案,满足了现代物业管理需要,符合了数字化转型的国家政策导向。Through the description of the existing problems in the equipment management of new residential areas,this paper analyzes the business needs of property management units in this regard.Taking advantage of the current development iteration of Internet of things technology and combining Internet of things technology,cloud computing and big data,this paper puts forward a building equipment management system solution for smart communities,which meets the needs of modern property management and conforms to the national policy guidance of digital transformation.
