摘　　要：在家畜及实验动物的繁殖工作中,发情鉴定既是关键也是难点,准确的发情鉴定对于繁殖机制研究和提高繁殖效率都具有重要意义。阴道分泌物是一种较为易于获得的鉴定材料,同时也能更直接地反映动物子宫状况。本文简要介绍了国内外学者通过阴道分泌物鉴定动物发情的研究进展,并对此类研究的应用前景进行探讨。Estrus identification is both the key and difficult point in the breeding of livestock and experimental animals.Accurate estrus identification is of great significance for the study of reproductive mechanism and the improvement of reproductive efficiency.Vaginal secretions are a relatively easy-to-obtain identification material,and can more directly reflect the condition of the animal’s uterus.This paper briefly introduces the research progress of the scholars at home and abroad on the identification of animal estrus through vaginal secretions,and discusses its application prospects.
