摘  要:为研究非对称预应力系梁施工过程中基础的受力变化规律,结合某大型遗址保护建筑工程,采用m法模拟桩土作用,建立施工全过程精细化有限元模型。分析基础系梁预应力张拉批次、张拉顺序对桩顶位移和承台扭转的影响,并与实测值进行对比,验证有限元模型及拟定施工方案的合理性。结果表明:预应力张拉程序应以避免基桩发生剪切破坏为前提,科学设置张拉次数及张拉顺序,同时兼顾多次张拉对于锚具和预应力损失的影响;实际工程可结合预应力值大小设置合理的张拉顺序,先对称张拉预应力较小系梁,再张拉预应力较大系梁,使得承台位移及扭转变化较小;由于施工过程中土体扰动的影响,模型中采用的侧阻力比例系数等参数需要根据实际监测结果进行调整,以保证分析结果能准确指导后续施工。In order to study the force variation law of foundation during the construction of asymmetric prestressed tie beam, based on a large site protection construction project, the refined finite element model of the whole construction process with considering the pile-soil interaction by m method was established. Then the effects of prestressed tension batch and sequence of foundation tie beam on pile top displacement and bearing platform torsion were analyzed, and compared with the measured values to verify the rationality of the finite element model and the proposed construction scheme. The results showed that the prestress tensioning procedure should ensure the tension times and sequence scientifically on the premise of avoiding shear failure of foundation pile, and considering the influence of multiple tensioning on the anchorage and prestress loss as well. The determination of tension sequence should refer to the magnitude of prestress value. The tie beam with small prestress should be tensioned before the larger ones, that made a small change of the displacement and torsion of the bearing platform.Because of the influence of soil disturbance in the construction process, the selected parameters such as the proportional coefficient of lateral resistance needed to adjust according to the monitoring results, so as to ensure that the analysis results could guide the subsequent construction accurately.
