摘　　要：针灸已经得到国内外认可并广泛应用,诸多证据表明针灸会显著改变大脑活动。针灸疗效是针灸学的基石,如果机理不清则会阻碍临床推广及针灸的发展。影响针灸效应的重要因素包括疾病证型、腧穴的选择与配伍、操作手法、调神和中枢的信息整合等。中枢整合是针灸效应机制的关键环节。本研究基于针灸作用效应的各环节,特别是针灸效应中枢整合机制分析入手,着重从影响针灸疗效的调神、腧穴配伍方面出发,深化对针灸疗法原理的研究与理解,以期为提高针灸的疗效、阐明针灸治疗机制奠定基础。Acupuncture and moxibustion has been recognized and widely used at home and abroad.Many evidences show that acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly change brain activity.The curative effects of acupuncture and moxibustion are the cornerstone of acupuncture and moxibustion.If the mechanism is unclear,it will hinder the clinical promotion and the development of acupuncture and moxibustion.The important factors affecting the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion include disease syndrome type,selection and compatibility of acupoints,therapy manipulations,regulating Shen and central information integration.Central integration is the key link of the effect mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion.Based on the analysis of each link of acupuncture and moxibustion effects,especially the central integration mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion effects,this study focuss on the aspects of regulating Shen and acupoints compatibility that affect the curative effects of acupuncture and moxibustion,and deepens the research and understanding of the principle of acupuncture and moxibustion,in order to lay a foundation for improving the curative effects and clarifying the therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion.
