摘　　要：目的:基于“肾脑相济”理论,运用数据挖掘技术,分析总结针灸治疗肾虚型老年痴呆腧穴配伍规律,为临床治疗本病提供理论依据。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WANFANG DATA)和PubMed数据库自建库以来至2021年5月的临床类文献,建立肾虚型老年痴呆腧穴数据库,通过IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 23.0分别进行关联分析、聚类分析和因子分析。结果:经筛选最终得到75篇文献,涉及83条处方,含64个腧穴,使用频次576次,其中百会使用频次最高,多选用督脉及足三阳经,下肢及头部穴位应用最多,关联分析结果显示百会-风池支持度最高,聚类分析结果显示穴位共分为4个聚类群,分别为太溪-肾俞-四神聪、百会-风池、内关-神门-三阴交和丰隆-足三里。结论:肾虚型老年痴呆在临床针灸治疗中应以补肾益脑、温阳行气、填精化髓与醒神通窍为目的,共奏肾脑相济和滋养脑神之功。Objective:To analyze and summarize the rule of acupoints compatibility for senile dementia of Kidney deficiency pattern by using data mining method based on‘conformity of Kidney and Brain’,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:Clinical literature were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,VIP,WANFANG DATA and PubMed from the database establishment to May 2021.Acupoints database for senile dementia of Kidney deficiency pattern was established.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 23.0 were used for correlation analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis,respectively.Results:75 literature were obtained,involving 83 prescriptions,including 64 acupoints,with 576 times of use frequency,among which Baihui(DU20)was most frequently used,Du Meridian and Foot Sanyang Meridians were mostly involved,and acupoints of lower limbs and head were most frequently selected.Correlation analysis results showed that DU20-Fengchi(GB20)had the highest support.Cluster analysis results showed that acupoints were divided into four clusters,i.e.Taixi(KI3)-Shenshu(BL23)-Shencong(EX-HN1),DU20-GB20,Neiguan(PC6)-Shenmen(HT7)-Sanyinjiao(SP3),and Fenglong(ST40)-Zusanli(ST36).Conclusion:The treatment principle of tonifying Kidney and benefiting Brain,warming Yang and facilitating Qi,filling essence and transforming marrow,as well as refreshing Shen and opening orifices should be applied in treating senile dementia of Kidney deficiency pattern with acupuncture and moxibustion.
