摘  要:针对永磁回路返回式磁系统,从磁压和磁通角度对其典型结构、等效磁路及数学模型进行综合分析,得到其主要特点。基于传统拍合式磁系统,构建新型永磁回路返回式磁系统,从磁通角度分析工作原理,构建有限元仿真模型,得到吸力特性。最后,通过吸反力特性配合对新型永磁回路返回式磁系统结构进行仿真验证,从而拓展其应用领域,满足用户关于降低吸合电压、提高释放电压的需求。Aiming at the permanent magnet loop return magnetic system,its typical structure,equivalent magnetic circuit and mathematical model are comprehensively analyzed from the perspective of magnetic pressure and magnetic flux,and its main characteristics are obtained.Based on the traditional snap-fit magnetic system,a new type of permanent magnet loop return type magnetic system is constructed.Its working principle is analyzed from the perspective of magnetic flux,and a finite element simulation model is constructed to obtain its suction characteristics.Finally,the new permanent magnet loop returning magnetic system structure is simulated and verified,so as to expand the application field of the permanent magnet loop return magnetic system and meet the needs of users to reduce the pull-in voltage and increase the release voltage.
