摘  要:针对变频控制的LLC谐振变换器,提出一种基于阻抗矢量算法的电路参数优化设计方法。首先简单推导半桥LLC增益的数学模型;其次构建基于边界条件的谐振腔输入阻抗数学模型,通过增益倒数的矢量图,推导计算谐振腔参数的数学表达式,并基于能量函数的最小值目标得出最小开关频率。最后,基于MATHCAD的数学计算和Simplis的仿真模型,以及样机的试验测试,验证所提优化算法的有效性,为LLC变换器的优化设计和工程化设计提供新颖和简便的解决思路。Aiming at LLC resonant converter controlled by frequency conversion,a circuit parameter optimization design method based on impedance vector algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the mathematical model of HB-LLC converter gain is basically derived;Secondly,the resonator input impedance model based on the boundary conditions is built.Moreover,the vector diagram for gain inverse transfer function is created and the mathematical expressions for resonator parameters are derived,and the minimum switching frequency can be calculated based on the design goal of minimum value of energy function.Finally,based on the mathematical calculation of MATHCAD and the simulation model of Simplis,as well as the actual experimental test results,the validity of proposed optimization methods is verified,which can provide a novel and simple solution for LLC converter optimized design and engineering product.
