摘 要:为改善反激变换器的EMI特性,在分析其变压器寄生电容模型的基础上,对变压器上的共模噪声进行开关周期的分解,得出共模噪声的产生和传递机理,提出两种利用绕组平衡共模噪声的方法。根据所提方法,得到平衡共模噪声的最佳绕组匝数,平衡流过变压器寄生电容上的共模噪声,改善电路的EMI特性。最后利用1台40 W反激LED驱动电源进行实验,给出样机的EMI特性曲线,验证了所提方法的有效性。In order to improve the EMI characteristics of flyback converter,based on the analysis of the parasitic capacitance model of Flyback transformer,the switching period decomposition of common mode noise on transformer is carried out,and the generation and transmission mechanism of common mode noise is obtained.Two method to balance common mode noise with windings are proposed.According to the proposed method,the optimal number of turns is calculated to balance the common mode noise,which can balance the common mode noise flowing through the parasitic capacitance of the transformer and improve the EMI characteristics of the circuit.Finally,a 40 W flyback LED driving power supply is used for experiments,and the EMI characteristic curve of the prototype is given,which can verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
