摘  要:双稳态晶体罩继电器具有突出的耐力学环境适应性,但存在调试裕量小、产品分散性大等质量问题,难以满足电子系统可靠性指标不断提升的要求。针对目前继电器可靠性设计理论不完善导致的输出特性抗干扰性差等问题,首先建立了继电器电磁系统和触簧系统的仿真模型,采用田口玄一提出的稳健性设计方法,从设计上对继电器产品参数及其容差进行优化,以提高其可靠性。研究结论应用于某型号电磁继电器的改进,也可应用到其他电器产品的设计中,为电磁继电器的稳健性设计提供必要的研究手段和基础。The bistable crystal cover relay has outstanding adaptability to the endurance environment,but there are the quality problems such as small debugging margin and large product dispersion,which is difficult to meet the requirements of continuously improving reliability indicators of electronic systems.Aiming at the problems such as poor anti-interference of output characteristics caused by the imperfect reliability design theory of relays at present,the simulation model of relay electromagnetic system and contact spring system is established.The robust design method proposed by Taguchi Genichi is used to optimize the relay product parameters and their tolerances in order to improve their reliability.The research conclusions are applied to the improvement of a certain type of electromagnetic relay,and its related methods can be applied to the design of other electrical products,which can provide the necessary research methods and foundations for the robust design of electromagnetic relays.
