摘  要:在常规电流注入式直流断路器两端并联了包含IGCT的电力电子组件,依靠该组件实现断路器额定电流的开断、短路电流的分流及换流过程的续流,从而降低了快速真空断路器的开断压力。针对短路电流开断过程中IGCT存在反向电流工况,分析反并联二极管续流支路杂散电感对IGCT反向电流影响,提出了降低反并联二极管续流支路杂散电感的改进方案。通过仿真与试验,验证了改进方案可以有效消除IGCT反向电流现象,提升IGCT应用可靠性以及工程实际应用的可行性。The power electronic components including IGCT are connected in parallel at both ends of the conventional current injection DC circuit breaker,and the components are used to realize the tasks of breaking the rated current,shunting the short-circuit current and freewheeling in the commutation process,which can reduce the breaking pressure of the fast vacuum circuit breaker.Aiming at the reverse current condition of the IGCT during the short-circuit current breaking process,the influence of the stray inductance of the freewheeling branch of the auti parallel diode assembly on IGCT reverse current is analyzed.On this basis,an improved scheme to reduce the stray inductance of the auti-parallel diode freewheeling branch is proposed.Through simulation and experiment,it is verified that the improved scheme can effectively eliminate the reverse current phenomenon of IGCT,which can improve the reliability of IGCT application and the feasibility of practical engineering application.
