摘 要:针对小型断路器,通过机构简图对操作机构的四连杆尺寸进行调整,增加操作机构的运动总行程;在保持所需触头终压力的条件下,结合静力学分析进行理论计算,反向推导操作机构中零件的关键尺寸;再根据理论计算参数进行零件开模,验证方案可行性。所提方法为小型断路器的结构优化提供设计方向。For the operating mechanism of miniature circuit breaker,the size of the four connecting rods of the operating mechanism is adjusted through the mechanism diagram to increase the total travel of the operating mechanism.Under the condition of maintaining the required final contact pressure,the key dimensions of the parts in the operating mechanism are inversely deduced by theoretical calculation combined with static analysis.Then,according to the theoretical calculation parameters,the part is opened to verify the feasibility of the scheme.The proposed method can provide the design direction for the structural optimization of miniature circuit breakers.
