摘  要:通过设计含小水电的配电网管理系统,实现电能质量的优化提升;通过对小水电接入配电网线路进行优化,减轻电网输电压力,缩小线路两端的压降,提高输电效率;采用一般分段卸载(GSO)电压治理方案对接入的小水电运行模式进行修正,增加配电网装机容量,减轻变电站输电压力;采用平衡约束数学规划(MPEC)优化算法计算小水电接入时的电网约束条件,并平衡配电网用户之间的关系,加强了两者之间的电力联系。通过计算机生成实验数据表,得到配电站负荷量为7500 kVA,输电线路最大承受电压为10.50 kV,设备功率损耗为195.7 kW,试验网损率为3.15%,数据表明本设计方案提高了电压质量,证实了设计的可行性;通过仿真曲线对比分析,说明提出的方案在电网输电能力和网损率均为最佳。Through the design of distribution network management system with small hydropower,the optimization of power quality can be realized,and through the optimization of small hydropower connecting to distribution network,the transmission pressure can be reduced,the voltage at both ends of the line can be reduced,and the transmission efficiency can be improved.The general segmentation offload voltage control scheme is used to modify the small hydropower operation mode,increase the installed capacity of the distribution network,and reduce the transmission voltage of the substation.In this paper,the mathematical programs with equilibrium constraints with equilibrium constraints optimization algorithm is used to calculate the power grid constraints when small hydropower is connected to the grid,and to balance the relationship between the users of the distribution network.It strengthens the power connection between the two factors.It is found that the load of the distribution station is 7500 kVA,the maximum withstand voltage of transmission line is 10.50 kV,the power loss of equipment is 195.7 kW,and the loss rate of test network is 3.15%,the data show that the design scheme improves the voltage quality and proves the feasibility of the design.The comparison of simulation curves shows that the transmission capacity and loss rate of the power grid are the best in this study.
