摘  要:目前,刑法案例类课程思政存在缺乏课程设计理念、自然融合方案不足和缺乏创新方式等问题。亟需以课程思政设计新理念为引领,将“互联网+”与典型思政元素案例相结合,并在案例教学之中渗透社会主义核心价值观,从具体案例中发现其蕴含的制度定位、价值关怀,以提升法学专业学生的培养质量和达到立德树人的价值目标。At present,there are many problems in the ideological and political education of criminal law case course,such as lack of curriculum design concept,lack of natural integration and lack of innovative ways. It is urgent to construct a new concept of curriculum ideological and political design,combine“Internet plus”and ideological and political elements in typical cases,and infiltrate the socialist core values in criminal law case teaching. The system orientation and value care contained in the specific cases are found in order to improve the training quality of law students.
