摘 要:为满足炼油企业对预硫化态加氢处理催化剂的需求,采用气相预硫化方法制备了预硫化态的SD-2石蜡加氢催化剂,并采用XRF、XRD、BET等方法对催化剂进行表征,同时对氧化态和硫化态催化剂物性和加氢活性稳定性进行对比。结果表明,预硫化态催化剂上硫率在5.5%以上,催化剂物性与氧化态催化剂相当,XRD分析表明S是以金属硫化物的形式负载在载体表面;硫化态与氧化态催化剂在加工大庆石化58^(#)半炼蜡时,2种催化剂活性和稳定性相当,石蜡的光安定性从7.5^(#)降至3.0^(#),赛波特颜色由14^(#)提高到30^(#),产品质量达标。使用硫化态催化剂可降低开工时间、简化开工流程,降低污染,与氧化态催化剂相比具有明显的优势。In order to meet the demand of oil refining enterprises for pre-vulcanized hydrogenation catalyst, the pre-vulcanized SD-2paraffin hydrogenation catalyst was prepared by gas phase pre-vulcanization method. The catalysts were characterized by XRF,XRD and BET, and the physical properties and hydrogenation activity stability of oxidation state and vulcanized state catalysts were compared. The results showed that the sulfur content of the pre-vulcanized catalyst was above 5.5%, and the physical properties of the catalyst were similar to those of the oxidized catalyst. XRD analysis showed that S was loaded on the surface of the carrier in the form of metal sulfide. The activity and stability of vulcanized and oxidized catalysts were similar when processing 58^(#) semi-refined wax from Daqing Petrochemical. The light stability of paraffin decreased from 7.5^(#) to 3.0^(#), and the color of Saybolt increased from14^(#) to 30^(#). The product quality was up to standard. The use of vulcanized catalyst can reduce the start-up time, simplify the start-up process and reduce pollution, which had obvious advantages compared with oxidized catalyst.
