摘 要:为了全面了解中和缓蚀剂的性能而建立的中和缓蚀剂评价方法。针对4种中和缓蚀剂进行乳化倾向,静态和动态缓蚀率评价,电化学和SECM测试评价。实验结果表明,缓蚀剂HSJ-02的综合性能最佳,静态和动态缓蚀率达到90%以上,TSI指数高,乳化倾向弱,SEM和SECM表明,缓蚀剂HSJ-02能有效进行金属表面预膜,无明显点蚀。该评价方法有利于促进炼化行业中和缓蚀剂的技术要求的升级,为现场应用提供更好的技术和应用指导。The evaluation method of neutralization corrosion inhibitor was established to understand comprehensively the performance of neutralization corrosion inhibitor. The emulsification tendency, static and dynamic corrosion inhibition rate,electrochemical and SECM tests were performed for the four neutralization inhibitors. The experimental results showed that the comprehensive performance of the corrosion inhibitor HJ-02 was the best, the static and dynamic corrosion inhibition rate was more than 90%, the TSI index was high, and the emulsification tendency was weak. The SEM and SECM showed that the corrosion inhibitor HJ-02 could effectively conduct metal surface prefilming without obvious corrosion. The evaluation method was beneficial to promote the upgrading of the technical requirements of neutralizing corrosion inhibitors in the refining and chemical industry and provide better technical and application guidance for the field application.
