摘 要:针对炼油厂污水2级气浮工艺出现水质发黑浑浊、COD超标的问题,开展了聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、净水剂(PAFT)、絮凝剂(HPAM)、除油剂(OPL和OPV)等药剂的絮凝评价试验。结果表明,对于隔油池出水,当200 mg/L PAC与0.5 mg/L APAM复配时,絮凝效果较好,出水浊度去除率高达96%,污染物颗粒沉降速度快,且泥渣量较少;当200 mg/L PAFT与3 mg/L HPAM、30 mg/L OPL复配时,絮凝效果最优,产生沉积物量最少,浊度去除率为95.6%,COD去除率可达40%。对于1浮出水,当100 mg/L PAFC与1 mg/L APAM复配时,污染物颗粒沉降时间仅为1 min,沉降后上清液的浊度去除率为87.4%,COD去除率为30%。Further to the problems of black and turbid water quality and COD exceeding the standard in the second-level air floatation process of refinery wastewater, flocculation evaluation tests of polyaluminium ferric chloride(PAFC), polyaluminium chloride(PAC), anionic polyacrylamide(APAM), cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM), water purifier(PAFT), flocculant(HPAM),oil remover(OPL and OPV) were carried out. The results showed that, for the oil separation effluent, when 200 mg/L PAC was mixed with 0.5 mg/L APAM, the flocculation effect is better and the turbidity removal rate of effluent was up to 96%, the sedimentation rate of pollutant particles was fast, and the amount of sludge is less. When 200 mg/L PAFT was mixed with 3 mg/L HPAM and30 mg/L OPL, the flocculation effect was the best, the amount of sediment was the least, the turbidity removal rate was 95.6%, and the COD removal rate was up to 40%. When 100 mg/L PAFC was mixed with 1 mg/L APAM, the settling time of pollutant particles was only 1 min, and the turbidity removal rate of supernatant was 87.4% and COD removal rate was 30% after settlement.
