摘 要:为了研究分拣小车上聚氨酯滚轮在钢轨道运行时的滚动摩擦系数,基于弹性滞后效应的滚动摩擦模型进行理论计算,建立分拣小车ADAMS动力学分析简化模型并进行仿真分析,采用牵引法进行实验测试。理论计算、ADAMS仿真和现场实验测试数值相互吻合,说明3种研究方法的可行性和所获得滚动摩擦系数值的可靠性。In order to study the rolling friction coefficient of the polyurethane roller on a sorting trolley running on steel track,theoretical analysis is carried out with a rolling friction model based on elastic hysteresis effect theory.A simplified ADAMS simulation model of sorting trolley is built to conduct dynamic simulation analysis,and experimental tests are made by traction on the field.The results show that the rolling friction coefficient values obtained by the theoretical calculations,from the ADAMS simulation analysis and through the field experimental tests are basically consistent with one another,which proves the feasibility of the three research methods and the reliability of the obtained rolling friction coefficient values.
