摘 要:为了探明钢辊轴失效机理,建立钢辊轴三维模型,依据现实工况,在ABAQUS软件中施加载荷,分析涂布钢辊轴最大应力点。模拟工况下涂布钢辊的最大应力点在钢辊轴大端与小端的交接处,且最大应力值为366 MPa,超过了45#钢的屈服强度,这与工厂中失效涂布钢辊轴破坏点一致,表明仿真分析正确。同时开展结构优化分析,优化后的结构使用寿命超过了原件的2倍,显著提高了钢辊轴的使用寿命。In order to find out the failure mechanism of the steel roll shaft,a three-dimensional model of the steel roll shaft was established,and a load was applied in the ABAQUS software according to the actual working conditions to analyze the maximum stress point of the coated steel roll shaft.Under the working conditions,simulation was conducted on the maximum stress point at the junction of the big end and the small end of the steel roller shaft,with the maximum stress value being 366 MPa,which exceeds the yield strength of 45#steel,and is consistent with the failure point of the factory failed coated steel roller shaft,thus proving the simulation analysis to be correct.The structural optimization analysis,meanwhile,is carried out,and with the optimized structure,the service life of steel roll shafts is doubled compared with the original one.
