摘　　要：2022年《关于推进以县城为重要载体的城镇化建设的意见》提出,到2025年以县城为重要载体的城镇化建设取得重要进展。资源型县域迎来发展利好时期,发展资源型县域经济,是促进乡村振兴战略落地的重要举措,其主要特点是依靠开采、加工当地各类自然资源,实现区域经济增长。这种经济发展模式对于当地的自然资源具有较高的依赖性,随着不可再生资源的逐渐枯竭,地方经济发展也会陷入停滞。想要实现资源型县域经济的可持续发展,必须要基于“两山”理论,对资源型乡村进行产业结构调整,实现绿色化、生态化发展。通过制定绿色经济发展策略,降低当地经济发展对于资源的依赖,改善人地关系,构建生态化发展新格局。The 2022"Opinions on Promoting urbanization construction with county towns as important carriers"proposes that important progress will be made in urbanization construction with county towns as important carriers by 2025.Resource-based counties ushered in a favorable period of development,developing resource-based county economy is an important measure to promote the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Its main feature is to achieve regional economic growth by relying on the exploitation and processing of various local natural resources.This economic development model has a high dependence on local natural resources.With the gradual depletion of non renewable resources,local economic development will also stagnate.In order to realize the sustainable development of resource-based county economy,we must adjust the industrial structure of resource-based villages based on the"two mountains"theory to achieve green and ecological development.By formulating green economic development strategies,reduce the dependence of local economic development on resources,improve the relationship between people and land,and build a new pattern of ecological development.
