导热油热量计量系统示值误差检测及结果修正方法研究

摘　　要：简要介绍了导热油热量计量系统的组成、工作原理,分析了各组成部件检测点的选取原则,并选取了实际工作中常用的流量、温度点进行检测,在最终计算结果中考虑检测与实际工作中介质温度变化对流量带来的影响,提出了具体的修正方法。试验表明,合理的选点及修正后的计算结果能更真实地反映导热油热量计量系统的示值误差,为维护贸易结算公平提供了数据支撑。This paper briefly introduces the composition and working principle of the heat measurement system of thermal conductivity oil, analyzes the principle of selecting the detection points of each component, and selects the common flow and temperature points in the actual work for detection.In the final calculation results, the influence of the change of medium temperature on the flow brought by the detection and the actual work is considered, and the specific correction method is put forward.The experiment shows that reasonable selection points and revised calculation results can more truly reflect the value error of the heat measurement system of thermal conductivity oil, and provide data support for maintaining fair trade settlement.
