摘 要:如今电导率仪的广泛应用,其型号种类也多样化,但计量检定中使用的标准器并未与时俱进,如检定电导率仪电子单元时,使用的交流电阻箱无法匹配部分电导率仪的接口,导致接线头无法配套使用;某些型号的电导率仪有芯片识别功能,只能与特定的电极配套使用,无法在交流电阻箱通用接口与电导率仪之间建立正常通讯,从而阻碍了电导率仪电子单元检定工作的顺利开展。因此,本文通过配套金属电极直接检定电子单元,基于实验数据,提出了简单方便、切实可行的方法,为基层实验室计量工作提供技术参考。Now the conductivity meter is widely used, its type is also diversified, but the standard used in the measurement verification has not advanced with The Times, such as the verification of the electrical unit of the conductivity meter, the use of AC resistance box can not match part of the conductivity meter interface, resulting in the connection head can not be used;some types of conductivity meter have chip recognition function, can only be used with specific electrodes, can not establish normal communication between the general interface of AC resistance box and conductivity meter, thus hindering the smooth development of electrical unit verification work of conductivity meter.Therefore, this paper proposes a simple, convenient and feasible method for the direct verification of electronic units by matching metal electrodes and based on the experimental data, which can provide technical reference for the basic laboratory metrology work.
