摘  要:本文设计了一种医用呼吸机自动校准装置,该装置与被测呼吸机的外部通讯接口、模拟肺的控制接口相连,获取被测呼吸机的远程控制权。依据JJF 1234-2010《呼吸机校准规范》,自动设置和切换被测呼吸机的通气模式、工作参数及模拟肺的工作参数,通过传感器采集计算测试仪测量值,并由被测呼吸机通讯接口同步获取呼吸机监测值,实现校准结果的自动判定、校准报告的自动生成及医用呼吸机校准过程的自动处理。实验证明,该方法能实现医用呼吸机计量校准的自动化,提高校准工作效率,降低了人工操作的错误率。In this paper, an automatic calibration device for medical ventilator is designed.The device is connected with the external communication interface of the ventilator and the control interface of the simulated lung to obtain the remote control of the ventilator under test.According to JJF 1234-2010 "Calibration Specification for Lung Ventilators",the ventilation mode, working parameters and simulated lung working parameters of the tested ventilator are automatically set and switched.The measured value of the tester is collected and calculated by the sensor, and the monitored value of the ventilator is obtained synchronously by the communication interface of the tested ventilator, to realize the automatic determination of calibration results, automatic generation of calibration report and automatic treatment of medical ventilator calibration process.Experiments show that this method can realize the automatic calibration of medical ventilator, improve the calibration efficiency and reduce the error rate of manual operation.
