摘  要:气动量仪分为浮标式气动测量仪和电子柱式气动测量仪,应用也越来越广泛。由于其操作简单、使用方便、测量精度和稳定性高,被大量应用于现场和实验室的形状、长度、位置误差测量。本文依据JJG 356-2021《气动测量仪检定规程》,对可能影响测得值的各环节进行了细致分析,并以分度值1μm的浮标式气动测量仪和分辨力0.5μm的电子柱式气动测量仪的测得值为例,分别进行了不确定度分析与评定。Pneumatic momentum meter is divided into buoy pneumatic measuring instrument and electronic column pneumatic measuring instrument, and its application is more and more widely.Because of its simple operation, convenient use, high measurement accuracy and stability, it is widely used in the measurement of shape, length and position errors in the field and laboratory.According to JJG 356-2021 "Verification Regulation of Pneumatic Measuring Instrument for Micrometers", this paper makes a detailed analysis of all links that may affect the measurement results, and takes the measurement results of buoy pneumatic measuring instrument with division value of 1μm and electronic column pneumatic measuring instrument with resolution of 0.5μm as examples to analyze and evaluate the uncertainty respectively.
