摘 要:高温和干旱胁迫是制约农林业发展的重要因素之一。糖作为光和碳同化的产物,不仅作为能源物质提供能量,也对植物的生长发育、代谢调控及胁迫抗性具有重要作用。文章综述了近年来有关高温和干旱对植物碳代谢的影响,包括合成代谢途径——光和碳同化、分解代谢途径——蔗糖和淀粉代谢。探讨了植物碳代谢对高温和干旱的响应,指出了当前研究中存在的主要问题,并对今后的研究进行了展望。High temperature and drought are one of the important factors restricting the development of agriculture and forestry.As a product of light and carbon assimilation,sugar not only provides energy as an energy substance,but also plays an important role in plant growth and development,metabolic regulation and stress resistance.This article reviewed the effects of high temperature and drought on plant carbon metabolism in recent years,including anabolic pathways——light and carbon assimilation,and catabolic pathways——sucrose and starch metabolism.The responses of plant carbon metabolism to high temperature and drought were discussed,the main problems existing in current research were pointed out,and the future research was prospected.
