老年人综合评估同质化智能平台的建设与应用

摘　　要：该研究采取专家咨询法明确同质化老年综合评估项目与工具,确定同质化评估标准,并形成健康促进建议池,最终基于老年人能力评估与老年综合征评估搭建科学、专业、实用、便捷的老年人同质化综合评估智能平台并进行应用。自2021年6月—12月,已有7所单位签约使用该平台,注册评估师共144名,完成评估1284人次,用户满意度高。该平台统一了评估工具,规范了评估流程,保证了评估质量,有利于进一步推动我国老年综合评估的开展,值得推广使用。The expert consultation was adopted to identify the homogenous comprehensive assessment items and tools for the older adults,to determine the homogenous assessment criteria,and to form a health promotion suggestions pool.A scientific,professional,practical and convenient intelligent platform for the homogenous comprehensive assessment of the older adults was finally established and applied.A total of 7 institutions signed up to use the platform from June to December 2021.A total of 144 registered appraisers completed 1,284 evaluations,with a high user satisfaction.The platform unified assessment tools,standardized the assessment process,and ensured assessment quality.This platform is conducive to further promote the comprehensive geriatric assessment in China.The platform is worthy of promotion.
