摘　　要：介绍了一种开关柜小车断路器进出过程监测装置,主要由监测显示主机、数据采集与传输模块、夜视摄像头、高精度双轴倾角传感器、高精度激光测距传感器等构成。主要目的是帮助维护人员评估设备运行状态,提高了断路器隐患识别率,有效避免开关设备故障,提高电网运行安全性。文章主要介绍了开关柜小车断路器进出过程监测装置的各项组成以及原理。This paper introduces a monitoring device for the incoming and outgoing process of switchgear trolley circuit breaker,which is mainly composed of monitoring and display host,data acquisition and transmission module,night vision camera,high-precision double axis inclination sensor,high-precision laser ranging sensor and so on.The main purpose is to effectively help the maintenance personnel evaluate the operation status of the equipment,greatly improve the hidden danger identification rate of the circuit breaker,effectively avoid the failure of the switchgear and improve the operation safety of the power grid.This paper mainly introduces the composition and principle of the monitoring device for the incoming and outgoing process of the circuit breaker of the switchgear trolley.
