摘　　要：建设在线协同办公、在线编辑应用功能以及完成核心业务智能化与移动化改造等已成为电网公司发展的必然趋势。国网福建省电力有限公司根据公司信息化建设实际情况,结合实际业务需求,提出建设智慧数字档案馆系统,提升业务系统与数字档案馆的相互衔接力度,实现了档案的资源多样性、促进了档案资源的开发利用水平、实现档案信息资源的深度开发利用等管理目的。It has become an inevitable trend for the development of power grid companies to build online collaborative office,online editing application functions,and complete the intelligent and mobile transformation of core business.According to the actual situation of the company’s informatization construction and the actual business needs,State Grid Fujian Electric Power Co.,Ltd.proposes to build a smart digital archives system,improve the mutual connection between the business system and the digital archives,and effectively realize the diversity of archives and promote the The level of development and utilization of archives resources,the realization of in-depth development and utilization of archives information resources and other management purposes.
