摘  要:为加强黄河三角洲盐碱地的开发利用,扩大花生种植面积,提高花生产量,本研究以17份花生品种(系)为材料,利用水培方法,测定不同盐浓度下萌发期发芽率。确定0.7%NaCl浓度作为花生品种萌发期耐盐性鉴定的最适浓度,共筛选出5个耐盐品种(系)。在山东平度非盐碱地和东营盐碱地分别种植5个耐盐和4个非耐盐品种(系),测定产量性状相关指标。结果表明,盐碱胁迫显著降低花生发芽率,明显抑制花生的生长发育和产量。高油酸品种宇花18号表现出较强的耐盐碱性,其次是化学诱变突变体品系ST24-1、ST24-8和ST24-11,均适于盐碱地种植,为耐盐碱花生品种的选育提供了新材料。本研究表明,萌发期耐盐性的鉴定可作为花生耐盐碱鉴定的基础指标之一。In order to enhance the exploitation and utilization of saline-alkali land in the Yellow River Delta,expand the peanut planting area,and enhance the peanut yield,a total of 17 peanut cultivars were applied to measure the germination rate under different salt concentrations by the hydroponic experiment,and 0.7%NaCl was determined as the optimum concentration for salt-tolerance iden-tification during germination stage.A total of 5 salt-tolerance peanut cultivars were screened,and these 5 salt-tolerance with other 4 common cultivars were planted in Pingdu normal land and Dongying saline-alkali land,respectively,and the related indicators of yield traits were investigated.The results showed that germination rate was significantly reduced,and the growth,development and yield of peanut cultivars were inhibited by saline alkali stress.Among them,the high-oleic acid cultivar YH18 exhibited strong resistance to salt-alkali,followed by the chemical mutagenesis mutant lines ST24-1,ST24-8 and ST24-11.All of them can be widely grown in the coastal saline alkali area,which provides new materials for the breeding of salt-tolerant peanut varieties.In conclusion,the results suggested that the germinating ability could be taken as simple and basic indicator for the identification of saline alkali tolerant peanut.
