摘  要:[目的]以鹿茸菇为研究试材,研究了3种不同栽培料配方对工厂化栽培鹿茸菇的影响。[方法]按照工厂化栽培食用菌的流程,进行装瓶、灭菌接种、培养、出菇管理,并记录不同时期的生长特征和测定产量。[结果]栽培配方P2菌丝发菌快、菌丝厚度均匀,有明显的后熟特征。P2的整个栽培期90 d,比P1缩短了20 d,污染率为2.06%,比P1降低了5个百分点。有效芽数为40~42个,比P1高21.43%,单瓶菇重为(236.04±4.17)g,是P1的1.85倍,P3菌丝发菌最慢,污染率高。[结论]玉米芯、木屑、金针菇菌糠、麸皮组合栽培配方的建立,缩短了栽培周期,提高了产量,为工厂化栽培鹿茸菇提供了新配方。[Objective] The aim was to study the influence of factory cultivation of Lypphyllum decastes by three cultivation formulas. [Method] The process of factory cultivating Lypphyllum decastes was bottling,sterilization,inoculation,cultivation and fruiting management. And the different periods of growth characteristics and yield were recorded. [Result] Using cultivation formula P2,the mycelium grown quickly,the thickness of the mycelium was uniform,and it had obvious after-ripening characteristics. The whole cultivation period of P2 was 90 days,which was 20 days shorter than that of P1. The pollution rate of P2 was2.06%,which was 5 percentage points lower than that of P1. The number of effective buds of p2 was 40~42,which was 21.43% higher than that of P1.The weight of a single bottle of P2 mushroom was(236.04±4.17)g,which was 1.85 times that of P1. The P3 mycelium was the slowest,and the contamination rate was the highest.[Conclusion] Corn cob,sawdust,enoki mushroom bran,and bran were the main components of the cultivation formula. The cultivation period of Lypphyllum decastes was shortened,and the production had increased by using of new formulations. A new cultivation formulas was provided for factory cultivation of Lypphyllum decastes.
