摘  要:为进一步研究高原环境下柴油机使用排气再循环(EGR)技术的运行状况,采用海拔高度模拟装置,研究了不同海拔下(0 m,1000 m,1960 m)EGR对某轻型车用柴油机性能和排放的影响。结果表明:与平原地区相比,高原地区EGR率的容忍能力更低;不同海拔下,随着EGR率的升高,柴油机动力性下降,经济性恶化;与经济性相比,高原地区EGR对动力性的影响更为显著;EGR能够有效降低不同海拔下的NO_(x)排放,随着EGR率的升高,不同海拔下的CO比排放和烟度均随之升高;与平原地区相比,高原环境下CO比排放和烟度对EGR更为敏感。In order to further study the operating characteristics of diesel engine using exhaust recirculation(EGR)technology in plateau environment,the effects of EGR on performance and emission of a light-duty vehicle diesel engine at different altitudes(0 m,1000 m,1960 m)were experimentally investigated by using an altitude simulation device.The results showed that the tolerance of EGR rate in plateau area was weaker than that in plain area.With the increase of EGR rate,the engine power performance decreased and the economy deteriorated.Compared with the economy,EGR had a more significant impact on power performance in plateau area.EGR could effectively reduce NO_(x)emissions at different altitudes.With the increase of EGR rate,both the brake specific CO emission and smoke increased at different altitudes and were more sensitive to EGR.
