摘 要:基于一维计算流体动力学建立单缸四冲程发动机系统数值模型,利用试验外特性性能曲线对模型可靠性进行了验证。在此基础上针对发动机进气系统建立谐振箱模型,研究谐振箱结构参数对发动机充气效率的影响,获得全工况下谐振系统相应最优结构参数,进而建立三维CFD模型,对发动机工作过程的进气系统非稳态工况下动态流动进行解析,分析了谐振箱对进气流动的影响,进一步提升不同谐振箱结构参数下充气效率的预测精度。The numerical model of single-cylinder four-stroke engine was established based on one-dimensional computational fluid dynamics.The reliability of the model was verified based on the engine full-load characteristics.The resonant box model was further established for the engine intake system,the influence of the resonant box structural parameters on the volumetric efficiency of engine was studied,and the corresponding optimal structural parameters of the resonance system under the full working conditions were obtained.Then the three-dimensional CFD model was established to analyze the dynamic flow in the intake system during the engine working process under non-steady state condition,the influence of the resonant box on the intake flow was analyzed,and the prediction accuracy of volumetric efficiency was further improved under the structural parameters of the resonant box.
