摘  要:2021年9月18日8时至20日8时,受地面气旋影响,莱芜、钢城两区普降暴雨,局部大暴雨,本次过程莱芜、钢城两区平均降雨量106.60 mm,鹿野站最大231 mm,最大乡镇平均降雨量197.90 mm,强降雨主要集中在18日15时至20日3时,大汶河上游发生汛末大洪水。该文分析此次暴雨洪水的特点和形成过程、暴雨洪水的频率分析,洪水调蓄调度,为今后的防汛测报和防灾减灾具有指导意义。From 8:00 on September 18, 2021 to 8:00 on September 20, 2021, affected by the surface cyclone, Laiwu and Gangcheng two districts received heavy rain. In this process, the average rainfall of Laiwu and Gangcheng districts was 106.60mm. The maximum rainfall of Luye station was 231mm. The maximum average rainfall of villages and towns was 197.9mm. The heavy rainfall was mainly concentrated from 15:00 on September 18 to 3:00 on September 20, and the end of flood occurred in the upper reaches of Dawen River. This paper analyzes the characteristics and formation process of the rainstorm and flood, the frequency analysis of the rainstorm and flood, and the flood regulation, storage and dispatching, which has guiding significance for the future flood control and disaster prevention and reduction.
