摘　　要：2022年中央一号文件提出“实施重点水源和重大引调水等水资源配置工程,加大大中型灌区续建配套与改造力度,在水土资源条件适宜地区规划新建一批现代化灌区,优先将大中型灌区建成高标准农田”。钢贸行业是中国的传统大宗商品行业,近几年来,随着国际国内的环境变化,钢材价格一路攀升,形成了高位震荡、双向波动的行业特点。针对不稳定的行情,文章将从如何进军钢贸行业,从何入手以及如何有效的抵御风险,合理利用供应链金融对其风险控制的有效性和可行性来进行论证,并提出针对性可操作建议。In 2022, the NO. 1 document of the Central Committee proposed that The country has carried out water resources allocation projects such as key water sources and major water diversion projects, intensified efforts to build supporting facilities and upgrade large and medium-sized irrigated areas, planned a a number of new modern irrigated areas in areas with suitable water and soil resources,and given priority to turning large and medium-sized irrigated areas into high-standard farmland. The steel trade industry is a traditional bulk commodity industry in China. In recent years, with the changes in the international and domestic environment, the steel price has been rising all the way, forming the industry characteristics of high volatility and two-way fluctuation. In view of the unstable market, the problem of how to enter the steel trade industry, how to start from and how to effectively resist risks, and how to rationally use supply chain finance to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of its risk control is demonstrated in this paper. Targeted and operational suggestions are also put forward.
