水库工程声像档案特点及管理现状分析

摘　　要：水库工程声像档案在水利工程管理中具有重要的作用,它与纸质档案互为补充,用生动的图像画面和音频真实记录水库工程管理过程中的重大事件、重要会议、重要时间节点等内容,其重要性对档案管理提出了更高要求,文章以水库工程声像档案的特点和管理现状为基础,全面分析存在的问题和解决的对策及建议,旨在提升水库工程声像档案管理水平,建立更加科学合理的声像档案管理机制。Audio-visual archives of reservoir project play an important role in the management of water conservancy projects. The audio-visual and paper archives complement each other. They use vivid images and audio to record major events, important meetings and important time nodes and other contents in the process of reservoir project management. Their importance puts forward higher requirements for archives management. Based on the characteristics and management status of reservoir project audio-visual archives,the existing problems and countermeasures and suggestions are comprehensively analyzed in this paper, aiming at improving the management level of reservoir project audio-visual archives and establishing a more scientific and reasonable audio-visual archives management mechanism.
