摘　　要：受控数字借阅是美国疫情肆虐期间兴起的一种新型借阅模式,文章介绍了受控数字借阅模式的内涵与国外实践,辨析了其与传统电子书借阅模式的差异,并从数字馆藏建设、馆藏资源共享、版权规则调整、版权技术保护和服务理念重拾等方面提出了对国内图书馆提升数字馆藏服务的启示。Controlled digital loaning is a new loaning model emerging during the epidemic in the United States.The paper introduces the connotation and foreign practice of controlled digital loaning model,discriminates its differences from the traditional e-book loaning model,and puts forward some inspirations for domestic libraries to improve digital collection service from the aspects of digital collection construction,collection resource sharing,copyright rule adjustment,copyright technology protection and service concept recovery.
