摘  要:为提高钛白粉在造纸领域的应用性能,以金红石型钛白粉颗粒作为原料,采用中和法制备磷铝复合包膜钛白粉。分析不同实验条件对金红石型钛白粉包覆磷铝膜的效果、吸油量、触变性、表面形貌和松软性的影响,并与杜邦公司的R-796号样品进行对比。结果表明,不同实验条件下形成的磷铝膜致密性和均匀度有所差异,随着pH提高产品的吸油量变化无规律。最终确定磷铝复合包膜的方案:包膜温度为70℃,搅拌转速为200 r/min,包膜剂为2.8%的磷酸和2.0%的硫酸铝,利用偏铝酸钠调节反应料浆pH为6.40,包膜时间为330 min。Using rutile titanium dioxide particles as raw materials,titanium dioxide coated with phosphorus and aluminum composite is prepared by neutralization method to improve the application performance of titanium dioxide in papermaking.The effects of different experimental conditions on the coating effect,oil absorption,thixotropy,surface morphology and softness are analyzed and compared with R-796 of DuPont.The results show that the density and uniformity of the phosphorous and aluminum film formed under different conditions are different.At the same time,with the increase of pH,the change of oil absorption of the product is irregularity.Finally,the scheme of phosphorus aluminum composite coating is determined:The coating temperature is 70℃,the stirring speed is 200 r/min,the coating agent is 2.8% phosphoric acid and 2.0% aluminum sulfate,the pH of reaction slurry is adjusted to 6.40 by sodium metaaluminate,and the coating time is 330 min.
