摘　　要：为充分利用云南东川某混合型磷矿,先以碳酸盐型磷矿为研究对象,得到最佳浮选工艺路线,然后将混合型磷矿配入碳酸盐型磷矿中在最佳工艺路线下进行浮选,考察不同配比时的浮选效果。结果表明,按照碳酸盐型磷矿与混合型磷矿质量比0.43配矿后,通过反浮选一次粗选、一次扫选、扫选中矿返回粗选的闭路工艺流程,可以得到磷精矿w(P_(2)O_(5))28.76%、P_(2)O_(5)回收率92.03%的工艺指标。In order to make full use of the mixed phosphate rock in Dongchuan of Yunnan province,the carbonate phosphate rock is taken as the research object,and the best flotation process route is obtained.Then the mixed phosphate rock is mixed into carbonate phosphate rock according to different proportions,and the flotation effect of different blending ratio is investigated.The results show that after carbonate phosphate rock is mixed into mixed phosphate rock according to the mass ratio of 0.43,through the closed-circuit process of reverse flotation,one roughing,one scavenging,and the scavenging middlings return to roughing,the process indicators of concentrate with w(P_(2)O_(5))of 28.76% and P_(2)O_(5)recovery rate of 92.03% can be obtained.
