摘  要:采用板框式扩散渗析膜组件对湿法磷酸进行膜分离净化中试试验,研究膜处理通量和酸水体积流量比对膜分离效果的影响。结果表明:在膜处理通量0.80~0.85 L/(m^(2)·h)、酸水体积流量比1.0~1.1条件下,浓磷酸中铁、镁、铝截留率为82%~83%,净化酸PO回收率为55%~60%;脱硫预处理磷酸中铁、镁、铝的截留率为83%~89%,净化酸P_(2)O_(5)回收率为51%~60%。扩散渗析膜分离可脱除湿法磷酸中大部分的阳离子杂质,处理成本低,膜净化酸用于制备下游产品如水溶肥和工业级磷酸盐等具有较大的成本优势。The plate and frame diffusion dialysis membrane module is used for the pilot test of membrane separation and purification of WPA.The effects of membrane treatment flux and volume flow ratio of acid to water on membrane separation are studied.The results show that:Under the conditions of membrane treatment flux 0.80-0.85 L/(m^(2)·h)and volume flow ratio of acid to water 1.0-1.1,the rejection rate of iron,magnesium and aluminum in concentrated phosphoric acid is 82%-83%,and the recovery rate of POin purified acid is 55%-60%;The rejection rate of iron,magnesium and aluminum in desulfurization pretreatment acid is 83%-89%,and the recovery rate of P_(2)O_(5)in purified acid is 51%-60%.Diffusion dialysis membrane separation can remove most o the cationic impurities in WPA with low treatment cost.Membrane purified acid has great cost advantages for preparing downstream products such as water-soluble fertilizer and industrial phosphate.
