摘 要:对云南某浮选厂现有磷矿浮选尾矿进行工艺矿物学研究。通过实验室浮选结果得出:采用总尾矿预先浮选—预选精矿浓缩—再磨—再选流程,既可降低磷尾矿品位,又可保证磷精矿质量,流程也易控制。工业应用中,磷矿浮选尾矿w(P_(2)O_(5))由8%~10%下降到7%以下,磷精矿产率提高3%~5%,提高了磷资源的回收利用率。The process mineralogy of the existing phosphate rock flotation tailings of a flotation plant in Yunnan is studied.The results of laboratory flotation test show that:adopting the process of total tailings pre flotation-pre concentration concentrate concentration-regrinding-reconcentration can not only reduce the tailings grade,but also ensure the concentrate quality,and the process is also easy to control.In industrial application,the P_(2)O_(5)grade of flotation tailings is decreased from 8%-10% to less than 7%,the yield of phosphorus concentrate is increased by 3%-5%,improving the recovery and utilization rate of phosphorus resources.
