摘　　要：结合高塔硝基复合肥装置所使用物料特点及工艺技术特点,详细介绍高塔硝基复合肥装置各种生产工艺风险。结合行业事故案例及四川泸天化股份有限公司150 kt/a高塔硝基复合肥装置运行情况,提出从装置工艺优化及运行管控方面的防范措施,通过相关措施的实施,可以最大限度避免高塔硝基复合肥装置燃爆事故的发生。Combined with the characteristics of materials and process technology used in high tower nitro compound fertilizer plant,various process risks of high tower nitro compound fertilizer plant are introduced in detail.Combined with industrial accident cases and the operation situation of the 150 kt/a high tower nitro compound fertilizer plant of Sichuan Lutianhua Co.,Ltd.,the prevention measures from the aspects of plant process optimization and operation control are put forward.Through the implementation of relevant measures,the occurrence of combustion and explosion accident of high tower nitro compound fertilizer plant can be avoided to the maximum extent.
