摘　　要：冠心病(冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病)合并糖尿病(DCHD)较之单纯的2型糖尿病和冠心病,其心血管事件发生风险更高,危险程度更大。半个世纪以来,国内外均对各种类型的心血管风险预警模型进行过相关研究。另外,中医“治未病”理念与风险预警不谋而合。选择DCHD患者,充分结合现代医学疾病的发病因素和中医证素,构建DCHD病证结合风险预警模型,可为临床中西医结合预防和早期干预DCHD个体病情加重提供科学依据。本文就国内外心血管风险预警模型研究进展和DCHD病证结合风险预警模型的构建设想进行系统论述。Compared with pure type 2 diabetes mellitus or coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease combined with diabetes mellitus(DCHD) has a higher risk of cardiovascular events. For half a century, relevant researches have been conducted on various types of cardiovascular disease risk early warning models at home and abroad. In addition, the concept of "preventing disease" in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) coincides with risk warning. Fully combining the pathogenic factors of modern medical diseases and TCM syndromes in DCHD patients, constructing a risk warning model of DCHD combined with syndromes, may provide scientific basis for the clinical combination of TCM and western medicine to prevent and early intervention for DCHD aggravation. This article systematically discusses the research progress of cardiovascular risk early warning models at home and abroad and the construction of early warning model of combining disease and syndrome of DCHD.
