从中医病机角度探讨膏方调治男性不育症的策略

摘　　要：通过临床总结男性不育症的证候,认为肾精亏虚当属男性不育症基本病机。以肾精亏虚为基础,通过运用中医基础理论辨证论治,辅以健脾、疏肝、祛瘀等方法,同时根据男性不育症需要综合调理、夫妻同治、调护结合的特点探讨利用膏方调治男性不育症。本文彰显中医整体观念、辨证论治两大特点的同时又对膏方调理慢性疾病的独特优势进行阐述和分析,以期阐明从病机角度出发运用膏方治疗男性不育症的价值。By summarizing the syndromes of male infertility in clinic, we believe that kidney essence deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of male infertility. Based on kidney essence deficiency, syndrome differentiation is performed according to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, supplemented by the methods of invigorating spleen, soothing liver, and removing blood stasis. Meanwhile, according to the characteristics of male infertility, such as comprehensive conditioning, the simultaneous treatment of husband and wife, and combination of regulation and care, we explore the use of herbal paste to regulate male infertility.Highlighting the two major characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine such as holistic concept of Chinese medicine and treatment based on syndrome differentiation, the unique advantages of herbal paste in the treatment of chronic diseases are elaborated and analyzed, in order to clarify the value of herbal paste in the treatment of male infertility from the perspective of pathogenesis.
