摘　　要：冯淑兰教授认为偏头痛为“瘀”停滞局部,致颈项部气血不畅、筋脉失养是偏头痛的病机。运用“T”形术式松解术联合针刀神经触激术治疗偏头痛,着重改善颈枕部形成的立体网状病理框架,调整颈部生物力学,调理肌筋膜张力。本研究以中医“整体观念”为基础,现代医学“人体弓弦力学解剖系统”理论研究结合“针刀神经触激学说”为切入点,归纳分析施术之要及验案举隅,为临床治疗偏头痛提供借鉴。Professor Feng Shulan believes that migraine is a local stagnation of "blood stasis", leading to unsmooth flow of blood in the neck, while the tendon and vessel malnutrition is the pathogenesis of migraine.For the application of "T-shape" acupotomology combined with nerve stimulation in the treatment of migraine,we will focus on improving the three-dimensional network structure of pathology of the occipitocervical region,adjusting the biomechanics of the neck, and regulating the tension of the muscular fasciae. On the basis of the "concept of holism", taking the theoretical research of modern medicine on the "human bowstring mechanics anatomical system" combined with the "theory of nerve stimulation" as the starting point, this paper summarizes and analyzes the key points of performing operation and the proved cases, so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of migraine.
