摘  要:目的探讨医学生自我接纳在母亲教养方式和社交焦虑间的中介作用。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,于2020年9—12月抽取350名牡丹江医学院在校医学生作为研究对象,利用交往焦虑量表(IAS)、自我接纳量表(SAQ)、父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU)的母亲教养方式分量表调查研究对象的社交焦虑、自我接纳水平及母亲教养方式现状,收到有效问卷315份,采用Pearson相关系数分析母亲教养方式、自我接纳、社交焦虑之间的关系,利用结构方程模型分析医学生自我接纳在母亲教养方式和社交焦虑间的中介作用。结果医学生社交焦虑得分为(39.89±9.84)分,自我接纳总分为(40.66±4.49)分,母亲教养方式得分为(128.43±26.10)分,社交焦虑与母亲情感温暖呈负相关(r=-0.391,P=0.038),与母亲拒绝/否认呈正相关(r=0.308,P=0.027);社交焦虑与自我评价呈正相关(r=0.271,P=0.031),与自我接纳呈负相关(r=-0.387,P=0.042);自我接纳与母亲情感温暖呈显著正相关(r=0.488,P<0.001),自我评价与母亲过分干涉/保护呈正相关(r=0.249,P=0.027)、与母亲惩罚/严厉呈正相关(r=0.217,P=0.036)。Bootstrap检验显示:母亲教养方式对社交焦虑的直接效应量为-0.21,受自我接纳的中介作用为-0.3192(χ^(2)/df=2.97,GFI=0.910,NFI=0.914,RMSEA=0.038,CFI=0.912),中介效应贡献率为60.32%。结论医学生自我接纳在母亲教养方式和社交焦虑间起部分中介作用。Objective To explore the mediating role of medical students’self-acceptance between mother’s parenting style and social anxiety.Methods A total of 350 medical students in Mudanjiang Medical University were selected by stratified random sampling method from September to December 2020.The interaction anxiousness scale(IAS),self-acceptance questionnaire(SAQ),and mother’parenting style subscale of egna minnenav barndoms uppfostran(EMBU)were used to investigate the social anxiety,self-acceptance,and mother’s parenting style of the research objects.315 valid questionnaires were received.The Pearson correlation coefficient was adopted to analyze the relationship among mother’s parenting style,self-acceptance and social anxiety,and the structural equation model was adopted to analyze the mediating role of medical students’self-acceptance between mother’s parenting style and social anxiety.Results Among the medical students,the scores of social anxiety,self-acceptance and mother’s parenting style were(39.89±9.84),(40.66±4.49)and(128.43±26.10),respectively.The social anxiety was negatively correlated with the mother’s emotional warmth(r=-0.391,P=0.038)and positively correlated with the mother’s rejection/denial(r=0.308,P=0.027).Social anxiety was positively correlated with self-evaluation(r=0.271,P=0.031)and negatively correlated with self-acceptance(r=-0.387,P=0.042).Self-acceptance was significantly positively correlated with mother’s emotional warmth(r=0.488,P<0.001),and self-evaluation was positively correlated with mother’s over-interference/protection(r=0.249,P=0.027)and positively correlated with mother’s severe/punishment(r=0.217,P=0.036).The Bootstrap test showed that the direct effect size of mother’s parenting style on social anxiety was-0.21,and the mediating effect size of selfacceptance on social anxiety was-0.3192(χ^(2)/df=2.97,GFI=0.910,NFI=0.914,RMSEA=0.038,CFI=0.912).The contribution rate of the mediating effect was 60.32%.Conclusion Self-acceptance of medical students part
